After talking with some friends, I decided to start a blog about our journey to Belize. Shaunna, Maverick, Dylon and I have surrendered to follow God's leading and are preparing to move to Belize. Belize is a Beautiful Country that is in much need of physical, emotional, and spiritual help. We will be working with Body and Soul Ministries of Belize. We are needing to raise an annual support of $20,000 to perform the tasks that we plan. We will be working with a local church in the area to reach the village of Crooked Tree, Belize as well as the surrounding areas. We will be building a campus that will include dormatories to house groups in for mission trips, a cafeteria/meeting hall, infirmary, and bath house. We will be helping to host free clinics, Bible camps, and village outreach programs once our compound is built. Please consider partnering with us by providing financial and prayer support.
Immediate needs: We are going down to Roaring Creek, Belize this summer for two weeks. We will be leaving July 23 and returning August 6. This time, we will not take Dylon because we will be staffing a Bible camp at Blue Thumb Ministries compound in the village of Roaring Creek. We are so looking forward to seeing all of our friends in Roaring Creek. God is working a great work there. Last year we saw 80 children come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Please pray that God will provide the funds for this trip. We need to raise about $4500 for this trip. We have raised about $200 so far and do not have much time to raise what is needed.
