As many of you know, we have been keeping a boy from our church youth group for the last 3 months. He was kicked out of his home and left to the streets. We have been keeping him and he is planning to go to Belize with us this summer. You may also know that we have been working on getting his sister from home too. She has been physically abused, but also very emotionally abused. She has been through a lot in her short 13 yrs. She is planning to go with us this summer also. Well, we have been doing a lot of praying and a lot of keeping tabs on her and how her home life is. It became apparent that we needed to act fast. I had a long talk with her dad and finally got him to agree that she needed away from that situation. She is now living with us too. Please pray that God will work in this situation to make it clear as to what we should do from here. Please pray for God's provision in this situation and in the fund raising for our trip. It will cost just shy of $1400 each for us to go to Belize this summer. I know God will provide the funds for this trip. It will take you partnering with us.
